The Compilation Project was a difficult task because the subject chosen was to be the sole focus for the semester. We had to select a topic that we felt had enough interest in exploring for the entire semester. I have always been amazed by the history of the Circus, and I decided to examine the evolution of the Circus and some of the most iconic historical achievements and people from its rich history.
As the project progressed I made many mistakes, errors in design, direction, graphics and type selection. This was an emotional and frustrating project. However, my final choice was to compile my research and design into a coffee table book where the emphasis is on the pictorial and graphic story. The final book was 230 pages.
